Ben is classically trained on guitar, but also has equally long professional experience playing many other styles. This deep professional background enables him to adapt literally any style of music to solo guitar, including everything from classical to classic rock, contemporary pop, movie themes, country and even video game music! Being so accomplished at such a wide variety of styles sets Ben apart from anyone else. His services typically start with the ceremony, including prelude music and songs for the processional, recessional, and special music during the ceremony. All music can be chosen by you, or Ben can assist with suggestions from his wide ranging songlist. If you decide on a song that’s not currently on Ben’s list, he can usually learn one or two songs especially for you at no charge.
Ben also offers several options that may be added on to your wedding-music package if desired:
- Providing microphones for use during the ceremony,
- Playing guitar for the cocktail hour, and
- Adding his vocal talents to the cocktail music. This is a great option if you’re looking for something a little more upbeat. Ben’s repertoire with vocals goes much further into the classic rock style, which can be just the right thing to get the party started.
